  • Depending up on the apartment, income qualifies the rent amount. Rent may be partially or fully based on income. There is also a possibility rent may change in the future depending up on income.

  • The leasing term includes use of the common areas as well as some utilities as described in the lease.

  • Dogs and cats are permitted with a signed pet addendum and monthly fee. Please inquire for more information.

  • Yes! Parking is available and parking permits are issued to residents.

  • Security deposits are kept on file until the lease ends. After move out, the deposit goes toward covering any cleaning, painting, or repairs needed before being returned.

  • Itemized Security Deposit Returns are mailed out within 21 days after your occupancy ends.

  • Rent is due on the first of each month.

  • Tenants are able to make payments via an online portal with an eCheck, credit card, or debit card. Money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks are also accepted in person at the leasing office. Also, ACH is available to be set up via the portal.

  • Yes! Our property managers are available in the leasing office Monday - Friday.

  • Once moved in, there is no need to report any income changes when they occur.

  • While there are certain exceptions to this, residents normally are required to recertify eligibility to continue residency once per year prior to lease renewal.

  • Maintenance concerns may be reported through the resident portal, by email, phone, or in writing to the rental office. One of the maintenance technicians will make every effort to respond to the concern within two days. There is also a phone number that can be reached 24/7.
